    Well, they were receiving offers (apparently) prior to the t/o offer from G2 so, hard to say whether they saw the approaches as too good to ignore or management don't have the willingness to see it through anymore? When I researched last year, I figured the Captain @ the helm to be a solid bet to bring this thing to truition....figure?......yes it is a crying shame
