15/8/2012. Re reservation of the name Ausbase Minerals.

17/9/2012. Notice of General Meeting to vote for name
change to be held on 18/10/2012.

9/10/2012. SRK report. This was requested in April.

18/10/2012. Meeting cancelled due to shareholders demand.

Ausbase Minerals had a web site till just recently, and had MOT announcement on it.

Mot web site had only Lemon & Lime, but on 5/11/2012 at 3.58pm had MOT'S annual report added to it.

As at 30/9/2012 (4C) we had $208,000 cash at end of quarter. Raised $305,000 in the issue of shares and options.

On 18/10/2012 we then raised another $154,000 in issue of more shares.

The cart has been put before the horse and cash has been spent on items that have not been approved by shareholders.

IMO DYOR
