Isn't it interesting that Mt Cattlin is at $323 million and James Bay is only $25 million.
James Bay is way better than Mt Cattlin with just one minor/miner thing... No plant.
If it ends up costing the same as Mt Cattlin at $145 million to build then it is worth $170 million. (but then of course there is more value because it can actually make some money)
Mt Cattlin and James Bay together then divide by 2 is $174 million.
