Its a good idea - recapturing the lost profit between concentrate and carbonate - but it would require something much much larger than Jiangsu to keep up with James Bay and Mt Cattlin at full throttle.
They could produce 400kt together and need a 50kt spodumene converter. Jiangsu was 17kt.
Still my sentiment is "HOLD" on that one - at least until we have both plants ramped up to 200kt. Then my preference would be to probably take on other hard-rock or brine assets - or just start paying out a nice dividend, eh?
