"last month's strachan report update"??? As far as I'm aware the last strachan report was produced mid 2015 (??? could be wrong). Unless you are referring to the most recent Breakaway report (Oct. 2018) not really sure tbh......

With approx. 20 business days until the OA's are struck off, lets hope for something substantial to give it a last minute heave-ho (although the massive overhang might make it tough) as it's looking less likely an extension will be gained this late in the game??
