And you are desperate to avoid the reality of the demographics. Yes, for every house with four cars there’ll be units with one car, and one occupier. In Qld, car and light truck registrations are just under 1 per person of drivable age. Two cars per household is the average, but a block of 300 units is 300 households. Even if they only have 300 cars, spreading the other 300 amongst the suburbs, that’s a huge load on the unit’s local grid.
It’s not a nice smooth distribution.
