Better than email is to pick up the phone and call them. They'll return your money if you don't want to proceed at this point, otherwise the shares will be allocated first-in-first-served in exactly the same order they were received under the original prospectus. I'm sitting tight but make your own call. Make your own phonecall too.
My BUY recommendation is for day 1 in December, the 19th off the top of my head.
