The Dutch have a lot to answer for in South Africa with their apartheid policy, so if anyone had been in SA at that time would understand the difference between then and when apartheid ended. Sorry moderator for these comments but I was there then if only for a day en route to Australia.
So, PLA should have had an understanding of the problems they would have encountered by being there. One good note is that when PLA were riding high and their shareprice was going gangbusters I did manage to make a decent profit from them.
