    Agreed, on face value it looks like PLA has a bank balance of approximately $0.

    If this Legal dispute triggered the Administration process, then I wonder what the other 'Creditors' think of the Redpath Mining resolution?

    I also wonder if Smokey Hills is operating? Perhaps we can trade out of this situation?

    We still have some great assets - so it's now looking like a recapitalisation to me!
