What concerned me most with today's action was that, after the fireworks in the initial half hour, the price slumped gradually from 37c to a range between 32c and 34c, and during this time over 23 million shares were traded. Is this accumulation for another surge, or was it distribution?
Another way of looking at it, if you were a smart-money investor with big pockets, a "Soph" perhaps, would you prefer to hold at over 50% profit and hope that other sophs do too, or take some profit off the table, help the price drop to the low/mid 2s and then pick up a heap more cheaply? Its very very rare for sophs not to sell in such circumstances, but I guess we won't know till the 3B's released.
