Yes, v/interesting observations.
We were working next door to A1.
I had a fair bit to do with A1 along with out CG over that time, we shared some common tenement boundaries.
It was always a mystery the way A1's grades changed so radically depending on who owned the ground.
Many of us felt a class action against you know who was/is entirely appropriate
