otherwsie SGH need to take on debt to mount a TO. Also for the right price the BG 8% is available, if not already SGH are holding an option on that parcel at the right price. can anyone shead some light on IF the note holders can convert the notes to shares ?

Offer has to be way above $2 per DLS share before noteholders would gain a benefit. I think conversion price is US$1.76 per share or around A$2.34.
