Not sure, but can Stokes access the Note Holders, and buy their face value to access more shares that way?
otherwsie SGH need to take on debt to mount a TO. Also for the right price the BG 8% is available, if not already SGH are holding an option on that parcel at the right price. can anyone shead some light on IF the note holders can convert the notes to shares ?
