The reverse takeover of a 3D printing company by a West Australian brewer has been complicated by the printing group being placed in voluntary administration.
Some further details of the voluntary administration would be very important to establish. Who is the administrator? Reason for voluntary administration? Details of the asset purchase by the new entity?
A very frustrating time for SHs - the waiting game continues.
On a more optimistic note - a good time to accumulate and average down.
