I notice that Fisher has around 8% and there is another large holder (cant remember the naem) at 3% who have rejected the Stockland proposal at its current level. Its in todays AFR at around page 45.

Fisher are lookig at NTA whereas the smaller stakeholder is looking at around $3. This could go on for a while.

The main thing that annoys me about this is I was accumulating the share as a long term strategic asset for my portfolio so this has come too soon for my liking.
