hopefully $2( or just over ) or much closer to it than 1.50 is needed to get acceptances . It looked likely that this would occur, but stockland timed it pretty well in terms of just after the other takeover, just after end June and when everyone was exhausted from waiting!!
If someone else emerged( though less likely with stockland with a blocking stake ) then well over $2 a real possibility
