It should never have gone down in the first place. Like I said before, many investors don't understand how the swap works and when they saw the valuation go from asset to liability they sold and kept lowering the SP because of the lack of liquidity.

Even if commercial property prices continue to rise I doubt there'll be a rise in WOT until the stock becomes more liquid and more attention is drawn to it. I've been sitting for 2 years patiently collecting my quarterly distributions but would like to see it up around the 90c - $1 mark - every other small REIT has bounced except this one, and this one is by far the best of the lot. Puzzling, but hopefully not for long.
