seriously why would you offer 5ook TNR shares if you weren't deliberately trying to offer the stock down ahead of the merger with Cascade. Its either VERY dumb or an attempt to keep a lid on the stock with the plan to soak up Cascade escrow stock post the merger. Why else would you offer a stock down like that ? the story hasnt changed ....
