I don't know if any of these can help......I haven't checked if they can do what you want, they are just some scanners I know of.
You will have to learn to use them and work your way through the features, to see if they are of any help to you.

(perhaps you will need to think of a novel or unorthodox way to get what you want, like using ATR (1) for daily spread or range, for instance)
