Logic would dictate that the seller - who had been aggressively "sitting" on the stock and dumped it down to 24c would want to complete before the weekend.
They could've sold hundreds of thousands more at the 24/25 level, so their not dumping the stock and the other anecdotal evidence is sufficient evidence of them being sorted.
