MK steps aside:

Executive Outcomes: Mineral Resources, Equinox Minerals, Jupiter Mines, Exco Resources

RESOURCES industry identity Michael Kiernan has resigned from his non-executive chairman and director duties with Perth-based mining services and contracting company Mineral Resources. Kiernan’s exit makes way for company managing director Peter Wade to fill the empty shoes.



Kiernan, who is involved in a number of resource companies including emerging iron ore miner Territory Resources, stepped down from his role with Mineral Resources, citing other business interests.
