    Brokers & insto's probably pay set monthly fee's for trading not for each trade. That's why they can get away with it. You can't be paying $20 brokerage for a $3 trade.

    At least copper prices are on the rise, broke $10,000 a tonne recently. They would have to be flicking the on switch for production shortly...
