TA is nothing but pretty lines with a confirmation bias overlay.
To suggest TA is neither Bullish or Bearish is complete folly. You believe in it's predictive ability based on previous outcomes, so it creates a psychological bias, regardless of the underlying fundamentals.
Don't confuse statistical modelling with TA. TA does not fall into "Sciences" or "Mathematics", because no TA has ever shown a significant predictive outcome. Curve fitting does not count.
If you can show me one that does, adjusted for broker costs, liquidity and spread, I'll Paypal you $10,000.
