A quick history lesson re the media and crashes. 2016 theres a truckload of articles telling everybody the crash is close and to consider going into defensive assets.
Well the dow is up around 50% since all those "crash is close" articles..
A good mate of mine has been calling the crash any day now for over 3 years: and he has lost a fortune on forex markets trying to guess when it happens ..
Point is just because the media use the word crash to get people to read the stories doesn't mean the crash us close.
