I could not agree more. As i have previously posted both RUM and CEN are currently well undervalued and for management to offer a discount to current share price would be very disapointing!

at least if we get the cap raising over and done with dilute our holdings - and then we can hopefully get some true market value refecting through to the share price. Because as it stands now the share price is being stubborn.
