As management doesn't own a large % of the company, I'm now getting really concerned by their lack of effort to help shareholders when there are simple and low risk things they can do.

They need to bring in new investors and get the markets attention. Say that management and the board don't accept the current valuation and feel the current price undervalues the company.

Are there currently any CDA shareholder who think the current stock price is acceptable based on the latest results? I think management needs to address this.

After all, we only own the company.

yes you are correct management should be more investor active, bond sales and other financing activities are linked to share price etc
share prices live separately in two universes
1. the noise of everyday market noise and trading ,
2. the add value of the company , accumulated contribution , to the increased value of the asset ie; equity
What we saw was a share price that rose too quickly, The CAGR is simply not good over the past few years
and the share price simply got ahead of itself.
if the trend continues then in a few years time the stock share price will grew.
