Harbour sees no need to increase their bid because "there is no need to bid against themselves". Unless I am missing something,their bid is against the board/shareholders. Just because there is no other bid does not qualify the company to pick up the company on the cheap.
I would be happy with $8 and preferably with some franking credits in the proceeds.
