I would be confident in saying that Harbour are not the only game in town.
STO have equity in 3 producing LNG facilities with long life reserves and resources behind them. I just cannot see this being a one horse race.
If Harbour don’t come back with a knockout bid, I am sure there will be others who will enter the fray, especially after the DD is completed. Big oil have a low cost of capital and have been know in the past to use it well.
