Not sure how long you've been around this stock, but given the dilution in recent years with raising after raising, $20 is pie in the sky stuff, remembering that oil is being artificially propped up via production cuts, and not rising in price due to genuine supply shortage, there is oodles of the stuff under the ground.

If Opec turned the taps back on overnight and oil retreated, $7 per share would be the stuff of dreams, and you'd be wishing you'd taken it with both hands.

I don't totally disagree with you, yes we have worn pain, and if oil prices can consolidate and sustain these levels we could very well see a Santos closer to $10 than where we are now, but it's a long way from a certainty.
