It's great news in my opinion that they are investing, they should do more. Even $40 U.S. per barrel breakeven is not sustainable long term STO will start seeing supplier cost inflation.
Interesting the comments that investment in US supplies is tightening up, that would be great if it's true but time will tell. Keep playing the long game y'all.
