buy low and hang on for the ride..they are reducing dept 600 million by next year..only 2 billion in dept left......if oil and gas go up dept will be paid off faster...its better to pay the dept off, before the divi....if the price stays above $ 5.00 I'm happy......one would think they might pay a divi when the dept ends up to be around 700 million................................................
