Growth and paying dividends and paying down debt are not mutually exclusive.
Have a look at FMG.
Difference between dynamic Directors and deadwood is STO.
I want Directors to grow the company from decision they make. That is why we pay them millions in salaries. If the only way we can grow is by share holders putting more money in and fore going dividends, would you care to tell me what "forward thinking management team is bringing to the table?"
