Bottom line is that GLNG in particular built 2 trains when it transpired that there was only enough gas deliverability for one and a bit. The shortfall of gas is due to Raslie problems and the non commissioning of Narrabri. The solution is more supply, from Narrabri in particular. A certain threshold size would have been necessary to justify the GLNG investment and locking up gas for domestic purposes would have killed off the project IMO. Can't have your cake and eat it as well.
