The jump was for day traders. If you compare the weekly charts for WPL, ORG and STO, you will understand what I mean. They all have a good run in the past 6 months or so. STO may be outperformed slightly, mainly because it was pressed recklessly harder. Do a valuation with OP at 60, and then tell me what 'premium' you get. JPM just upgraded its OP forecast to $60 in 2018 (WTI, I assume). Seems to me that the energy stock rally just starts getting attraction. I am not telling people to buy right now, I just hold my position, hopefully util that magic number.

I still feel the pain to miss the WOR train at $3. I used to work with them, a money machine. At the end, it did not matter because I did catch WHC at $0.38 and NCM at $10.

"WPL is a must have energy stock, STO isn’t (from an institution view)."

Go buy index fund, but do not forget that STO is an ASX 50 company. For a stock picker, I'd rather buy STO at $3 than WPL at $30 a few months ago. People here for long may remember that I actually
bought WPL first. With OP gradually stable, I switches to ORG and then to STO. I am still holding ORG, but STO is my biggest holdings.
