Concentrated allocation to an out of favour mispriced sector is a good method of wealth creation. To preserve wealth taking profits and diversification is the key. I have been very good at the former not so good at the later. High conviction buys with confirmation through rapid SP rise can blind us to importance of wealth preservation.
