The more I think about it the more a deal like Santos/Eastern Star makes sense. In that situation Santos took over ESG and then sold a 20% stake to TRUenergy. In this instance Harbour could lob a $6.20 offer and ENN/Hony could retain/increase their holding to 20% by buying from Harbour post deal. This would give Harbour control of the entity at $4.96 a share post ENN/Hony purchase.
