Vortex, no I don't think ASX is the right place to complain , correct me if I'm wrong , they are more on the technical listing rule side . So from this one can deduct that according to the ASX it's ok for a company to stop paying listing fees , but continue paying directors salaries - for how long does this go on for ! What a joke . I'm surprised with the ASX reply because as these directors have not reported to shareholders for some time - I had thought this would be a breach of listing rules - relating to reporting !
