Just got a reply back from the ASX. I quote, "In conducting our review nothing has come to our attention to indicate the Company is not complying with listing rules." I'll admit maybe complaining to the ASX was the wrong avenue to go, but what a load of BS. Technically they may be complying, but it does seem like they are bending those rules. The ASX ask for 'please explains' for plenty of things, why not in this case? The company has money to pay listing fees, yet hasn't. The company is able to submit required reports to ASX, yet doesn't. Is there nothing in the ASX rules where companies are not allowed to ignore communication with shareholders?
