What happened to the 3 million they were supposed to have secured for the NZ mineral Sands did they get all or part of this money - why wasn't the shareholders (owners) of the company informed of that - isn't that a failure of fiduciary duties.. Can obligation to report simply be avoided under Corporations Law by simply not paying listing fees- interesting questions - why don't you start asking a few?
