Quest is looking at JV options for Ranau - awesome given the financial situation this is probably the best option
They are doing further studies to further define and de risk current structures and reservoir risks associated with the lead. - I take it we don't have the monies to do this hence no work has been done
They have been approached by groups to fund the continued work program's and also drilling - this shows there has been a fair bit of interest but 3 months later no JV yet
They are looking at JV options to also fund an advanced seismic program - ok
They are also looking at other opportunities in different countries that will provide Quest with an attractive near term asset - why??? shouldn't Ranau be your focus ?????why buy the land if they weren't confident about this in the first place
They did also buy a shell company no mention of this - still don't know why
The downfall of this company has been related to the uncertainty over Ranau, lack of updates, failure to secure a JV could only mean Ranau isn't as big as we thought it was? Them looking at other assets shows the company themselves are not confident about Ranau. I hope that I am wrong and hopefully the sp starts to move north but with the lack of updates I will wait till the next quarterly.
