That's interesting Gosh.

Cady Energy came to the attention of PEN holders back in August of 2011. The Chairman of Cady Energy back then was none other than Gus Simpson. The Company Secretary was none other than Jonathan Whyte. If the name rings a bell, he is Quest's and PEN's Company Secretary. According to linkedin.com back then (Aug 2011), Jonathan had been CS of Cady since July 2009. The business address of GRP Corporation (soon then to be CADY ENERGY) was the same address as PEN and QPN.

Back then, a prospectus was being put together on a publicly listed Australian Company under suspension by the name of GRP Corporation. It was soon to become CADY ENERGY. The prospectus, I believe, did not get off the ground. It was set up from memory to try and get the Hanging Woman project up and running in the Powder River Basin in Wyoming (PEN's neck of the woods in the USA).

So, if you are right ( and I don't doubt you are), our recently purchased shelf company was previously owned, at least in part, by folk already involved in our company.
