How have recent events added value?

Well, answer at the moment is that they haven't, in fact it has reduced value. However, that is not to say that they won't over time. Let's face it though, when past performance is poor, and new details are a little sketchy, some peoples confidence will be tested. If you fall in this category, I think querying the decision and placing your no vote is acceptable.

I don't see why people should expect a holder to happily accept what they view as a poor decision.

The vote will go against Davo and he will have to "Suck it Up", he admitted this himself in the original thread. But equally in the meantime, he can voice his opinion, he can vote no, and he can then move on once it is all done and dusted.

Don't see an issue with the debate, and am personally happy to hear different viewpoints on company success and also misgivings about failures.
