LOL Pure Davo propaganda , its not the directors job to do what Davo states, its the directors job to execute on the business plan. The directors are doing this to add value to the majority of the shareholders, the reality of this is shareholders vote , if the majority are in favour then those resolutions are passed. Davo is a minority shareholder trying to dictate to the majority what they should do. Its the way all companies work. Its a traditional voting system used by all companies . Suck it up.
