I agree...i think people forget how much of CM8's earnings have...

    I agree...i think people forget how much of CM8's earnings have been "wasted" in financing costs, re-financing costs, early termination of loans costs, employing consultants to help them find loans, etc.

    And that's not even counting interest costs!!!!

    Imagine the profits we get to keep once all that financing nightmare stuff is behind us!
