Hi Lopez.
Im using BNB notes as what might have constituted a *bad* use of "restricted" cash! I did not mean to imply that FLT lost money speifically because of BNB - merely a prudent observation, as I understand that recently there have been several institutions that deposited their cash into what they believed were "secure" fixed interest vehicles, only to be disappointed. I can only hope that FLT is not one of these.
However, as I am yet to understand the particular "restrictions" that FLTs restricted funds are subject to, I harbor concerns! If you know more about FLTs restrictions, could you please share with me.
FLT has gained today, on very thin volume. I don't believe I have missed the boat, because I think it is significantly undervalued at present prices, 50c here or there on the s.p. doesn't alter my outlook.
