Hi imaggie - All I have thus far is the response from FLT investor relations posted at top of this thread - if you know any more that would be awesome if it could be shared!
They might have blown some restricted cash.. I dont know if they have or haven't. When I wrote that quote you pasted, I was hypothesising (is that a word? ) as to what "could be". I still am hypothesising!
Maybe there is more.... Im trying to uncover it but thus far have failed to do so - and until I find something, based on the information I have, I believe current sp to be a clear case of lack of confidence.
