Its not so much the wage bill that reduces, but the BOS part of their debt - which is approximately 60m and LY had about 30m odd of "interest" paid against it ...
My understanding is that this component is what moves inline with their result.
I factored into my calculations the BOS payments reducing from 30m to 0-10m.
Its something!
I feel current price reflects significantly more sentiment than value.
The value component should be alot higher IMHO.
...still trying to enter... I also think 'nuf trying.. more entry. I had decided that on Friday, but yup, market maker on another day off. No wonder financials are suffering, these people have forgotten how to put in a days work.
