Oseil is a serious field - probably 60 mmbl at 20 000 bopd.
It's 97.5% owned by Kufpec, the Kuwait Foriegn Petroleum Corporation.
Kufpec appeared to want to burn their interest down by 40% 12 months or so ago, but the information I saw about it being for sale disappeared when oil ran upwards ...
Oseil and Bula created enough cash flow to do interesting stuff. I'm not sure Oseil alone will support the admin costs of Lion and allow a surplus for exploration.
