I agree with @pints that this well undervalues EXU, but given the state of the market towards companies like EXU it will probably get over the line. I don't think you should read into it the market thinks EXU management have done anything wrong, just that is they way these things work out when conditions are against you.

I am actually more upset with the DRM/SLR merger. At least RMS is a good company and with EXU's resources in the fold EM is taken care of and it can really kick on up from here.
