i know the ASX and ASIC are sometimes not the best on these things re notices but there is also an obligation on the buyer to declare as soon as practical, the rules are very clear and ASIC is cracking down big time on non compliance

If someone was buying a significant stake there is no way they could not know when they reach 5%
